I just found your restaurant linked from the Denver Chapter of the Celiac
Sprue Association. I do not have Celiac Sprue but am allergic to wheat and
have not been able to enjoy an Italian meal since I was diagnosed in
February. I am 1/4 Italian and absolutely love pasta, and I've been
miserable that I haven't been able to eat it. My doctor suggested I check
out this website, and I'm so glad I did! I will be visiting your restaurant
soon, and often! It is good to know there are people out there who care
enough about other's health needs to create a menu especially for them! You
are wonderful!
