About Us
To compliment his Bachelor degree from Arizona State University, Steve Progar graduated from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, New York. Widely known as the "Cordon Bleu" of the Americas, the CIA continues to provide the finest classical culinary education in the United States. Steve has been in the food and beverage business since 1985. He has experience in fine dining and catering with notables such as The Four Seasons Santa Barbara, La Valencia Hotel La Jolla, Bella Ristorante Denver, and Paisano's Keystone.
